For this reason, the Chardonnay harvest was deliberately postponed, waiting for the moment when the acidity and aromatic profile reached absolute harmony. Only after a rigorous tasting process, after more than twenty blending trials, is the final cuv\u00e9e bottled and then descended into the silence of the Maison&#039;s historic underground cellars in A\u00ff. Here, thirty meters underground, Amour de Deutz has rested undisturbed for almost ten years, slowly maturing on its own lees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tasting notes: light and energy in the glass<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the glass, the 2015 Amour de Deutz immediately reveals the extraordinary brilliance of its vintage, bathing in a golden color with brilliant highlights and enlivened by an extremely fine and commendably persistent perlage. On the nose, it opens with a floral caress of hawthorn, acacia, and orange blossom, quickly evolving into warm notes of yellow peach, candied citrus, orange blossom honey, and soft nuances of fragrant brioche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the palate, the entry is precise, deep, and sharp. The vigorous mineral tension supports a dense, broad, and silky texture, punctuated by a refined savory finish that extends the sip toward a monumental finish, where the citrus and chalky notes return clearly.
