Here, on the eighty hectares of land inherited from his grandfather, Edoardo Strano has chosen to embrace a decades-long agricultural legacy and transform it into a contemporary challenge: enhancing the extraordinary local raw materials through rigorously artisanal processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Etna&#039;s microclimate plays a fundamental role.
