On September 14 and 15, 2026, the sixth edition of the Roma Bar Show debuts in the new iconic setting of The Cloud at EUR. From no- and low-alcohol trends to top-notch management training and world-class bartending masters, here's all the latest from the industry's unmissable event.
The culture of the fine drinking meets big international business. The Rome Bar Show 2026 is preparing to cross the finish line of its sixth edition with a decisive change of pace. Having abandoned the spaces of the Palazzo dei Congressi, the reference event for the beverage and hospitality world lands in the majestic halls of Fuksas's Cloud at the EUR.
A logistical and strategic choice strongly desired by the CEO Andrea Fofi and by the organizing team, designed to welcome hundreds of brands, distributors, buyers and professionals from over 30 countries.
For two days, the capital will become the epicenter of ideas, consumer trends, and networking, confirming its position as a privileged meeting point between the great tradition of Italian mixology and the international avant-garde.

The big news for 2026: No & Low Alcohol and Business Room
The evolution of consumption and the new needs of an increasingly informed public guide the program structured for this sixth edition. Among the most anticipated debuts within the Nuvola, two strategic sections stand out:
- No & Low Alcohol Area: An exhibition and laboratory space entirely dedicated to non-alcoholic drinks and spirits clean and low-alcohol drinks. A growing trend that's redefining the menus of international cocktail bars, Rome will showcase this trend with guided tastings and innovative products.
- The Business Room: Beyond bar techniques, business development. This new area was created to offer bartenders and entrepreneurs concrete tools for business management, brand building, leadership, data analysis, and successful formats.
Naturally, there will be no shortage of’Educational Program, the beating heart of the fair, supported by the confirmed Mexican Village, the immersive thematic area dedicated to the valorization of agave distillates such as Mezcal and Tequila.

International Guests and Masterclasses
The protagonists of the venues included in the rankings will give voice to innovation World's 50 Best Bars. Among the big names already confirmed in the Educational Program are:
- Faye Chen from the famous Double Chicken Please of New York;
- Jonathan Gabbay of the’Argon of Hong Kong;
- Marco Corallo from the Saikindo of Abu Dhabi;
- Alex Frezza, patron and symbolic figure of The Antiquarian of Naples.

Fuori Salone and Nightlife: the city outside the Fair
As per tradition, the Roma Bar Show doesn't end with the exhibition stands. The event will involve the entire city with a packed program. Outside the Salon.
After the inaugural party on Sunday 13th September, the evenings of Monday 14th and Tuesday 15th September will see the most suggestive cocktail bars, secret bars and terraces in Rome host guest shift, special tastings, and parties with the world's best bartenders. An immersive experience to see the capital in a new and cosmopolitan light.
