A new, imposing Cuban cigar is about to make its debut in the windows of German tobacconists: it is the Por Larrañaga 35 Aniversario Edición Regional Alemania. A release destined to ignite the desire of collectors around the world and fans of classic large formats.
Produced under the aegis of the program Regional Edition by Habanos SA, this cigar celebrates a milestone of excellence: the 35 years of business for 5th Avenue Products Trading GmbH, official distributor of Habanos for Germany, Austria and Poland.
The characteristics of the cigar and the packaging
There prison vitola chosen for the occasion is among the most fascinating and challenging of the entire Cuban vitolario: the Prominent, better known to the general public by the commercial name of Double Corona.

Adding to the exclusivity of the launch is the choice of packaging. Por Larrañaga 35th Anniversary is distributed in traditional Cabinet nature box (SLB) of 50 pures, an ideal solution for the long evolution and perfect maturation of Vuelta Abajo tobaccos.
The historical connection between Por Larrañaga and 5th Avenue
Founded in 1834 by Ignacio Larrañaga, Por Larrañaga is officially the oldest Cuban cigar brand still in production. With nearly two centuries of history behind it, the brand has always stood out for its aromatic refinement, iconic gold bands, and a medium-light profile of great elegance.
This isn't the first time 5th Avenue has chosen Por Larrañaga for its regional editions. The partnership has already brought the German market some memorable gems:

As is often the case with Habanos SA's production and release schedule, the actual release commemorates the anniversary a few years late (the importing company was founded in 1989). However, the wait promises to be amply rewarded by the quality of the product and the rarity of the format.
