On September 14th and 15th, the ancient Roman distillery will be featured at the Nuvola dell'EUR with the concept "What's your spirit today?" Tastings will include historic redesigns, organic certifications, and a busy program of guest shifts.
The next ones September 14 and 15, 2026, the conference center The Cloud of Rome will once again become the beating heart of international beverages for the new edition of the Rome Bar Show. Among the entities expected at the great Roman event, the historic distillery stands out Balls, which will welcome professionals and enthusiasts to Stand C15 under the banner of an immersive concept: one's own personal “Golden Hour”.

A tribute to Rome's unique atmosphere when the sun goes down, the city slows down, and the bar comes to life. A moment of sharing guided by the common thread “What's your spirit today?”, an invitation to explore your own “spirit” of the moment—intended both as a distillate and as a personal attitude—through a drinks list designed to enhance the company's entire portfolio.

A portfolio of eclecticism, restyling, and No-Low trends
The tasting menu set up at Pallini's bar ranges from the great classics of Italian tradition to the most contemporary expressions of mixology:
- No.3 Gin: Award-winning London Dry Gin which recently obtained the 100% organic certification, dedicated to those seeking elegance and organoleptic clarity;

- Ginarte & the “Sir Edward Edition”: The gin with Tuscan botanicals dedicated to creativity presents a preview of the special Sir Edward Edition. A collection of four bottles signed by tattoo artist Edoardo Tabacchi and dedicated to the cardinal virtues, with illustrations printed directly on the glass;
- Bitter Formidable: Natural liqueur born from the infusion of 14 selected botanicals, designed for the most daring and complex palates;
- The great classics of the house: The famous Limoncello Balls (produced with PGI Amalfi Coast Lemons), accompanied by the historic Mystra (first ever product of Antica Casa Pallini) and from Sambuca. Mistrà and Sambuca will present themselves to the audience at the Nuvola with a new graphic design, more contemporary but faithful to the original recipe;

- Trends and No-Low: There is also space for conscious mixology with Limonzero Balls, the non-alcoholic version of the famous limoncello, and with character references such as Tequila Ghost, The Bitter Pallini and the syrup line with Agavesitus (100% organic agave ready to use).
