Italy's oldest distillery is preparing to take center stage at one of the most anticipated events on the international beverage scene. Nardini Distillery returns to the Capital on the occasion of the Rome Bar Show 2026, scheduled Monday, September 14 and Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
This year the event renews its look and moves to a setting of extraordinary architectural impact: The Cloud by Massimiliano Fuksas in EUR, ready to transform itself into the nerve center of the global spirits industry and to welcome the leading exponents of contemporary mixology.
At the Stand C02, The historic Bassano del Grappa brand will offer an exceptional sensory journey. During the two-day event, three leading names in the Italian cocktail scene will take turns at the bar with a specially created drink list to explore the infinite nuances and versatility of the Nardini range.
Big news in mixology: Hylde and Garage Gin 100cl
At the heart of the tastings and creations of the guest bartenders will be two strategic and highly charming products by Nardini:
- Hylde: The new addition to the elderflower liqueur catalog, designed to bring elegance, freshness, and an unmistakable aromatic profile to both classics and contemporary twists.
- Garage Gin: the London Dry Gin by Nardini, characterised by botanicals and balsamic notes of juniper, fennel and green anise alongside citrus nuances, which for the occasion is officially presented in the new 100cl format, distributed exclusively for the channel Ho.Re.Ca.
The Guest Shift program at Stand C02
The spotlights at Stand C02 will be turned on on Monday 14 September with a programme featuring different approaches, sensibilities and mixing styles:

Diaferia's innovative vision will kick things off, showcasing the contemporary soul of Nardini products through original and balanced combinations.
- 4.00pm – 6.00pm | Edris Al Malat (Bar Manager of Dry Milano)
In the afternoon, the stage will be taken by one of the most iconic figures in Milan's fine drinking scene, who will bring to the Nuvola the refined and essential identity that distinguishes Dry Milano.
Tuesday, September 15, 2026
- 12:00 – 14:00 | Riccardo Marinelli (Bar Consultant at Terrazza Les Étoiles)
The second day will feature Marinelli, a leading expert in consultancy and signature mixology in the capital, who will interpret the Nardini heritage in an elegant and eclectic way.
Evening Aperitif Outside the Salon: Night Event at Les Étoiles Terrace
The Roman experience of Distilleria Nardini will not end within the walls of La Nuvola. To crown the two-day fair, the evening of Tuesday, September 15th will host a special Fuori Salone event by Nardini.
From 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM, the suggestive Les Étoiles Terrace (at Via dei Bastioni 1, a stone's throw from the Vatican) will host a special evening aperitivo. A unique opportunity to enjoy an exclusive selection of signature cocktails, immersed in an exceptional atmosphere with breathtaking views of Rome's rooftops and domes.
