Amaretto has always been an icon of Italian drinking, but often associated with very sweet and caramelized profiles. With Adriatic White Amaretto, conceived by Jean-Robert Bellanger, the category finds a new stylistic dimension: an alcoholic almond milk liqueur that combines Apulian tradition with extraordinary contemporary drinkability.

An essential product for lovers of signature spirits and for those seeking characterful ingredients in modern mixology.

The excellence of Filippo Cea Almonds

At the base of Adriatic White Amaretto there is the precious one Apulian almond “Filippo Cea”, grown and hand-picked in the Alta Murgia. Unlike the version Roasted (obtained from toasted almonds), the version White works on the raw, peeled and chopped fruit to create a unique milky infusion.

The recipe is 100% natural and includes:

  • Natural vanilla and cocoa extracts to give aromatic depth;
  • A pinch of sea salt from the salt pans of Margherita di Savoia to balance the sip and give flavour;
  • No artificial flavors or preservatives, making the liqueur completely vegetal and vegan-friendly;

Even the aesthetics celebrate the territory: the characteristic octagonal bottle pays homage to the geometries of Castel del Monte.

How to serve it and pairings

  1. Straight with Ice (On the Rocks): Served in a tumbler with an ice cube and a lemon or lime twist for a fresh, citrusy contrast.
  2. In Mixology: perfect for replacing cocoa creams or cream liqueurs. It lends itself to signature twists such as White Bramble or soft variants of the Pornstar Martini.
  3. Pastry and Slow Smoking: Excellent served with almond paste-based pastries or soft cantucci. For lovers of slow smoking, its fatty texture and low alcohol content make it an intriguing companion for cigars with a delicate or medium-light aromatic profile (like a Connecticut Shade or an Italian mezzanine), capable of interacting with the sweetness of the liqueur without being overwhelmed by it.
